I’m Elise, I started the business in 2015 after I quit my job as a history teacher. I found it hard to find a dog walker I could trust with something so precious – my dog.
My overall aim is to help owners with their dogs, I know how hard it can be to find someone to trust, that shows love and respect towards my dog.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of owners in Lancaster with recall, lead-work, obedience training, socialisation and doggy manners – If I can improve the lives of these dogs and their owners – then I will! With no judgement, just helpful advice and guidance because I’ve been there myself. Theres nothing better for the soul than to help these dogs, providing them with confidence, respect and love. I've written two books helping owners with dogs that pull and jump up.

I’m Richard and prior to my position with Doggy Adventures I worked in the retail sector. My passion was to work outdoors and I’ve always wanted a dog who I could walk up mountains with and go camping. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have a dog with a house full of cats, so I missed out on having a walking companion.
Now I am an uncle to all the dogs at Doggy Adventures! I enjoy seeing them develop over time, the adventures build the dogs confidence and they learn new skills like agility.

Hello, I'm Zoe and I started my animal career working in Zoos specialising with Bears. I’ve even been lucky enough to work in a zoo in Poland! However, I wanted to help animals more so moved onto wildlife and dog rescue!
I have years of dog rescue experience and animal first aid. As well as pet sitting and have 3 dogs of my own at home! I love dogs and feel so fortunate to work with them, if I was a dog I'd be a bulldog because I'm stubborn and silly but love a cuddle and a doggy smooch!

Clare has recently joined the team and her love of dogs shines through. Her background is in veterinary nursing -so some of you might recognise her!

I’m John, after working in pharmacy I was called to quit my job and help my wife Elise grow the business. Due to my background I’m responsible for the medical needs of dogs and training for the staff. When I first started dog walking, I was responsible for the dogs that couldn’t be let off lead and I had the pleasure of taking the dogs on a scent hunt, while Elise took the bigger bouncy dogs to burn off energy.
Everyday is a new adventure and I’m still loving it.
